You mention the medal for the Little Rock Marathon but did not show it! And that got me thinking – do you have a photo of all your current medals? If so, is it posted somewhere? I’d love to see them. I’m a new runner – returning to running after a painful injury following a training with a program in my city (bad coaching!) I’m beginning again with a mere 10 sec gentle slow run with 50 sec. walk for a total of 20 minutes. (yes, the Jeff Galloway method) My goals are to get to run a 10K and eventually a half.
