Your training plan works great. I ran my first half marathon in oct. 2012 and my secound half 3 weeks ago in Knoxville Tn. Keep up the good job with the videos and keep on trucking with the pod cast.
My question is this. What do you use to edit and make your videos for YOUTUBE.
